The foundation of our work at AIC. We focus on building and maintaining strong healthy joints, in order to decrease joint pain and increase mobility.

corrective exercise

Through a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, we can identify, address and fix compensatory patterns/imbalances created by either poor postural habits, or incorrect exercise techniques.

strength training

By utilising strength and conditioning protocols, we focus on building a strong transferable foundation with a mixture of body weight and range of motion exercises/progressions. This eventually leads into weight training, all while furthering mobility within the body.

prehab / rehab

Using therapy based movements and exercises, we can assist you to prevent injuries before they occur, decrease pain, prepare for surgery, and recover quickly from injuries when they do happen.
