Following a decade working across multiple countries as a trainer and strength & conditioning coach, and competing professionally in combat sports, it became clear that accepted training protocols were often too focused on a particular methodology. Strength focused regimes compromise mobility, a fitness focus may negate nervous system regulation, and mobility centric training lacks the strength objectives that many aspire to. All singularly focused protocols ultimate forgo the value that an integrated and fit-for-purpose training regime can offer.

Gaining and maintaining health, performance and longevity is complex with new information and opinions released continuously, it can be challenging finding an appropriate pathway to success.  Integrated training means incorporating various training methods together, deployed carefully on an individual basis, to deliver sustainable results.

Taking a long-term view and focusing on utilising the right tools at the right time, Integrated Training offers an approach to identifying and progressing the key markers of fundamental strength, mobility, autonomic nervous system training with an emphasis on performance and longevity. By balancing key health pillars including performance breathing techniques, nervous system recovery, and core principles of strength training, we are remoulding traditional performance protocols to develop a holistic view on training for the human body.
