We work one-on-one with all our clients in order to assess their movement concerns, identify their goals and create a customised programme to help them achieve those goals. Whether you are dissatisfied with traditional gym training, would like a more holistic approach to your exercise, or have a specific movement concern you need addressed, we can help you.

One-on-ones consultations are available in Auckland.

We’ve partnered with WMW Integrated Training in order to provide full body holistic coaching and training programmes. Integrated Training combines movement, strength conditioning, breath-work, recovery, and mental resilience to super-charge performance and health.
